Dani Kholdi

Dani Kholdi is the Director of Business Intelligence at Connections Health Solutions (CHS), a multi-state behavioral health organization, where he leads the team responsible for Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence across all data domains. Dani brings a background in value-based care analytics, having led Analytics and Business Intelligence functions at Evergreen Nephrology, and Fresenius Medical Care, to his work in behavioral health. At CHS, Dani has spearheaded the organization’s data platform transformation – migrating from a fragmented, on-premises, stored-procedure-based system to a modern, cloud-based analytics ecosystem built on dbt and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Dani is passionate about using data infrastructure and architecture as a driver of organizational performance and competitive advantage in complex care settings.
