Keith Knutson

Keith Knutson is Vice President of IT Services at Connections Health Solutions, a crisis and behavioral health provider operating in seven states, where he leads cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and AI governance across eight facilities and the organization’s mobile crisis teams. Since joining Connections in 2020, he has guided the organization through HITRUST certification, modernized its infrastructure and cloud footprint, and played a leading role in developing the governance framework that shapes how Connections evaluates and adopts AI in clinical and operational settings. He continues to drive operating efficiencies across the IT organization, refining processes, and strengthening the infrastructure and security foundation that supports the organization’s data modernization and rapid growth.
