Warren Bates is the Chief Executive Officer of Mend, a patient engagement platform focused on improving access, reducing missed appointments, and strengthening the operational performance of provider organizations. Prior to becoming CEO, Warren served as Mend’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, helping scale the organization’s operations and growth strategy. Before joining Mend, he served as President, COO, and CFO of a multi location center based ABA therapy provider, where he led a successful operational turnaround.
