Kristin McCarthy is the Director of Outreach and Engagement and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) at Pacific Clinics, overseeing statewide CalAIM programs serving individuals and families with complex health, behavioral health, and social needs.
With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health and community-based services, Kristin brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge and operational leadership. Throughout her career, she has held roles spanning direct service, clinical program management, and statewide program oversight.
Her work focuses on strengthening clinical and care coordination practices, enhancing provider programs, and developing systems that improve access, engagement, and service delivery. Kristin collaborates across clinical, operational, and analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights, support frontline providers, and advance innovative, person-centered approaches to care.
She is passionate about bridging clinical practice, program operations, and technology to improve the quality and effectiveness of services for individuals and families.
