Evan serves as Chief Quality & Analytics Officer at HealthRIGHT 360, where she leads agency-wide efforts to improve quality of care, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and advance operational excellence.
Since joining the organization in 2015, Evan has played a key role in building and scaling the agency’s data, EHR, and billing systems. In her current role, she oversees Quality Improvement, Data Infrastructure & Analytics, Health & Safety, Integrated Medical Services, and Electronic Health Record Systems, Training and Billing, ensuring that systems and processes support whole-person, client-centered care.
Evan is a systems thinker and collaborative leader who is passionate about leveraging data and innovation to better serve communities. She holds a BA from Harvard University in Social and Cognitive Neuroscience.
