Dror Zaide is the Chief Business Officer of Eleos Health, a leading AI platform that helps community-based care organizations document every session, ensure compliance, and protect revenue. He co-founded Eleos while an MBA student at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and the company now serves more than 350 customers across the United States.
Dror’s inspiration for Eleos came from his military service, where he saw many fellow soldiers struggle with mental health challenges such as PTSD. That experience left him deeply committed to improving care for vulnerable patient populations. Before Eleos, he co-founded Givit, a non-profit that helps students from low-income backgrounds access school supplies, books, computers, and other resources they need to succeed academically.
