Rachel Clemens, MS

Rachel Clemens, MS has 24 years’ experience working in the field serving people with SPMI as well as teaching full time in the Psychology Department at Bluffton University. She has been with Qualifacts for 12 years in her role as Solution Consultant and is now VP of Solution Consulting. In this role Rachel works with agencies across the country as they go through their EHR selection process. This ongoing exposure to all service types of behavioral health and SUD agencies enables Rachel to constantly grow her knowledge in current trends such as CCBHC and VBC as well as keep up on workflows and processes for collecting data. Working with provider agencies has also enables Rachel to stay on top of changes coming down the pike such as value-based care and I/DD and the importance of tracking referral disposition for the integrated behavioral health agencies.
