Heather Lewis joined Mainstay Life Services in 1991 and has devoted more than three decades to empowering people to live more independently. In her role as Technology Coordinator, she leads the evaluation, coordination, and implementation of assistive technology and remote supports across the organization. Heather works closely with program management and direct care teams to ensure that technology solutions align with Mainstay’s person- and community-centered values.
Over the years, Heather has advanced through a variety of roles—beginning as a Direct Support Professional, later serving as a Program Coordinator of Residential Operations, and ultimately becoming a key leader in Mainstay’s technology initiatives. Her deep understanding of the organization’s mission, coupled with her expertise in enabling technology, allows her to bridge innovation with compassionate care. Heather’s dedication continues to shape how Mainstay integrates technology to enhance independence, dignity, and quality of life for the people it supports.
