Hayley K. Sink, MPA, serves as Senior Vice Presient of Community Health and Innovation for Trillium Health Resources, a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization (MCO) in North Carolina, where she is focused on leading the community health strategy and innovative development portfolio to improve health and reduce disparities. Hayley leads data-driven initiatives designed to deliver measurable outcomes for members, families, and communities. 

She is passionate about this work being rooted in people, place, and partnership to amplify voices and allow every individual and community served to reach their fullest potential by designing and implementing proven, innovative solutions informed by Trillium’s Council on Health Disparities and Consumer and Family Advisory Committees. Trillium is a leader in innovation for individuals with behavioral health and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) across NC markets and is dedicated to a holistic approach to care, striving to address social determinants of health (SDOH) and systems-level inequities. Previously, Hayley served as Executive Director of ACCESS of Wilmington, a regional nonprofit, where she was responsible for strategy implementation, operations, and resource development to build a community for children, adults, and veterans with disabilities by eliminating barriers to health and wellness.

Hayley holds a BS in Sociology from Virginia Tech and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She has over a decade of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors and a lifelong commitment to improving opportunities for individuals with disabilities, having an older sister with an I/DD and complex care needs.
