Charles Sammartino is the Director of Assistive Technology Solutions at Inglis, where he leads a team of specialists across Pennsylvania dedicated to providing customized, goals-based assistive technology services for older adults and people with disabilities who seek to increase independence, social engagement, and life management through technology. With over a decade of experience in assistive technology and community-based services, he has led initiatives that integrate smart-home devices, 3D printing, and person-centered design to create meaningful, practical solutions that support everyday life.
Mr. Sammartino has built strong partnerships with managed care organizations, housing providers, and communities to expand access to assistive technology services across Pennsylvania. His work focuses on bridging the gap between emerging technologies and the everyday needs of those seeking greater independence ensuring that access, inclusion, and person-centered design remain at the center of every solution. Prior to his current role, he advanced through multiple positions at Inglis, gaining experience across direct service, program management, and research and development.
