- The institute will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The hotel is located at:

- WARNING: Always make hotel reservations directly with the event hotel with the abovementioned options to avoid conference hotel scams. The hotel will never call you now to ask you to book rooms. No organizations are authorized to contact attendees to book rooms for this event. These organizations are often fraudulent and not associated with the hotel or OPEN MINDS.

- How do I register?
- There are two ways to register for the 2025 Technology & Analytics Institute:
- 1. You can register for the event online here.
- 2. You can register by phone by calling 717-334-1329 or 877-350-6463. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET.
- What does the Institute registration include?
- Your institute registration includes the following:
- Access to institute sessions on October 21-23, 2025
- Admission to the Institute Exhibit Hall on October 21st-23rd
- Electronic copies of presentations from most sessions and/or audio recording and/or video recording
- Breakfast on October 22nd & 23rd
- An invitation to our private networking reception on October 21st & 22nd
- Seminars will occur on October 21st
- Your institute registration includes the following:
- Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
- Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after completing the registration. The email will ask you to review the information on your attendee badge and list any other pertinent information related to the institute.
- What is your cancellation/substitution policy?
- Requests for refunds must be received in writing at least 30 days before an event and are subject to an administrative charge of $50. No refund will be made less than 30 days before an event or for complimentary registrations. Substitute enrollment for another OPEN MINDS event on another date will be accepted for an administrative fee of $25 plus the difference in registration fees. An alternate individual may attend instead of a registered attendee at no charge. Requests for refunds are not accepted for group purchases. Unused registrations for a particular event will be added to a group registration subscription for the organization to use for an alternate OPEN MINDS event within one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. OPEN MINDS reserves the right to use any photos or video footage from OPEN MINDS events for future marketing materials.
At The Event
- How do I register/check-in once I get to the institute?
- The OPEN MINDS Technology & Analytics Institute will be centered around the Exhibit Hall at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Follow the signs to the registration table. If you have any difficulty, all OPEN MINDS staff will be wearing an orange name badge and will be able to assist you.
- Where can I get handouts from the presentations?
- Handouts and presentations will be available to all Institute registrants. The presentations will be posted online during the institute. The links to the presentations will be posted on the Institute agenda page at https://technology.openminds.com/agenda/ and available for 30 days after the institute.
- Where can I get an updated agenda for the institute?
- The most updated agenda for the institute can be found at www.technology.openminds.com/agenda. Continue to check back for updates. A Program Guide will also be handed out when you check-in.
- How can I learn more about the event sponsors?
- Many of the institute sponsors will have a booth in the Exhibit Hall. There will also be some handouts from our sponsors and exhibitors in the attendee bags that you receive at registration. You can learn more about our sponsors and exhibitors online at https://technology.openminds.com/sponsors.
- I plan to attend virtual sessions only. Will all sessions be livestreamed?
- If you plan to attend virtually, not all sessions will be livestreamed. Please review the agenda for details on which sessions will be livestreamed.
- On-demand audio recordings (for sessions not livestreamed), livestream video recordings, and presentation materials will be available within one week after the institute and remain available to Institute registrants for 30 days. Elite members will have continued access to the OPEN MINDS website.
- I couldn’t attend the institute. Can I still get copies of the presentations?
- Presentations and materials from the sessions are available to organizational members of The OPEN MINDS Circle. After the institute, presentations, audio, and video recordings will be posted on the event website.
