Hope Winkowski, NCC, OHCC, HPOC, is Vice President of Product Compliance at Qualifacts, where she leads product compliance, regulatory oversight, health IT certification, and AI & Data governance across the organization’s behavioral health technology portfolio. Since joining Qualifacts in 2013, Hope has held progressive leadership roles spanning product management, quality assurance, revenue cycle management, analytics, and compliance, while helping support more than $4.5 billion in annual healthcare billing. With over 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, health IT, and community mental health leadership, she brings a unique blend of clinical, operational, and compliance expertise. Hope chairs Qualifacts’ AI and Data Governance Committee and is passionate about helping healthcare organizations navigate emerging regulations, responsible AI adoption, and technology-driven transformation. She is a National Board-Certified Counselor and holds certifications in Healthcare Compliance and HIPAA Privacy, with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State University.
