Dr. Jeffrey Hite is a licensed psychologist and national leader in crisis systems, with over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing behavioral health crisis services. As the Account Executive for Carelon’s Crisis Center of Excellence, he oversees the advancement of evidence-based practices, quality standards, policy alignment, and workforce training across Carelon’s national crisis footprint.
Dr. Hite’s work focuses on the development of coordinated crisis systems of care, with particular expertise in implementing less restrictive alternatives to psychiatric hospitalization, mobile crisis dispatch models, and data-informed decision-making. Prior to joining Carelon, he served as Clinical Programs Director in Washington State, where he led initiatives around regional crisis lines, mobile teams, and community collaborations.
