The Systematic Approach To Integrated Health Care: The Data You Need To Make Primary/Behavioral Health Integration A Success

The push for more integration is a by-product of the shift to value-based reimbursement (VBR) payment systems. VBR models work the best in integrated systems – this means integrated financial incentives, integrated information platforms, and integrated clinical models. But integrating primary care and behavioral health data into easily accessible and meaningful information to enhance performance can be a major challenge.
