Shannon Harty has spent 15 years in the mental health field, specifically providing individual and family counseling, as well as clinical supervision and administrative oversight. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NC; a nationally certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT); a certified SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress) facilitator; a Quality-Rated Provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); and, a certified Seven Challenges facilitator and leader. As a result of her interest in integrated behavioral and physical health services, she was a 2014 participant in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) Project LIFT program, focused on behavioral-health leadership development and health policy initiatives. As a behavioral-health, client-focused leader, Shannon seeks to increase access to evidence-based services and treatments, to actively engage individuals, and to evaluate outcomes across the continuum of care.
