Jacquelyn H. Torres is the Executive Director of New Business at Pacific Clinics. In this capacity, she is responsible for implementing new and innovative programs that expand Pacific Clinics’ work and commitment to wellness in communities. Jacquelyn currently supports the operational installation of Pacific Clinics’ CalAIM services, including delivery of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS). Jacquelyn is experienced in the complex impact of trauma on youth and families and has a passion for working with the healthcare and education systems. Having worked at the agency since 2008, Jacquelyn has held various roles, including Senior Clinical Director where she provided behavioral health care to support individuals in crisis, including unhoused families and children impacted by multiple social determinates of health. Jacquelyn’s background includes expertise in school-based mental health, including MTSS implementation, as well as Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) in the primary care setting. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Jacquelyn has a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University.
